How to take care of blends:
helping them last longer
• Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and wash only when needed to maintain softness and avoid damage.
• Always wash with lukewarm or cool water to protect the hair fibers.
• Apply a light, moisturizing conditioner that is safe for both human and synthetic hair; avoid heavy oils or thick conditioners.
• Gently press out extra water after washing and let the hair air dry flat or on a wig stand to keep its shape.
• Only use heat if the hair blend is heat-safe, and even then, use a blow dryer on a low setting.
• Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the tips and working upward to reduce breakage.
• Store the hair on a wig stand or in a mesh bag to prevent tangling an d keep it away from sunlight to avoid fading.
• Avoid coloring, bleaching, or using strong chemicals like relaxers or perms, as these can damage both synthetic and human hair fibers.

PEP Delivery via PAXI:
• R70 for standard delivery (7–9 business days)
• R120 for express delivery (3–5 business days) — recommended

Please note that the R10 fee serves as insurance to protect your parcel against loss or damage. If any issues arise, we promptly reach out to Paxi for assistance.
Please note there is a dispatch time of 2–7 days before your parcel is sent. This will affect the overall delivery time.
This delivery method uses PAXI, which sends parcels from our nearest PEP store to your preferred PEP store. To avoid delays, please provide your preferred PAXI point or store code at checkout.

• We will contact PAXI directly if any issues arise with your parcel.
